Human Resources and Management Programme.

To start, I would like to ask our Graduates a question: Did any of you here graduate from a public high school? Did any of you face disapproval when choosing Hoa Sen University?

As a newly graduated student from Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, there was no doubt that my family and those around me somewhat expected that my choice of university would be a public and traditional one just like the schools I had attended for my 12 years of general education. However, my decision came as a shock to many people, as there were many other choices at the time. Despite that, I realized that it was time for a change, to break the confines of rules and traditions, and to look for new challenges, experiences, and differences. With HSU’s Talent Scholarship for Freshmen, my journey of becoming a Human Resource and Management Programme student at HSU officially began.

Looking back at my journey, there were times I asked myself: Was this the right decision? In spite of my own uncertainty, finally, standing here, when the journey called University has ended after just less than 4 years with the title of Valedictorian, I can now confidently answer not only to myself but to everyone, those who doubted my decision that Hoa Sen University is an essential part to my process of growing up. And today’s results have somewhat helped me validate that in whatever scenario, as long as you are determined and put in the effort, you will always shine in your own way.

During this journey, I know that the people around me also had to face invisible pressures and unspeakable sacrifices.

That is why, first of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards my family for their love and hard work, for their acceptance and silent support for all the decisions I made.

Next, I would like to thank the Board of Directors, the Lecturers in HSU in general and the Lecturers in the HR&M major in particular for imparting us valuable knowledge, hope and opportunities to prove ourselves and succeed.

Lastly, thank you to my friends Đại Dương, Minh Toàn, Ánh Hồng, Thuỷ Tiên and all of my peers here in this auditorium, who were leaders, mentors and companions that helped me and stood by me when the going got tough.

Thank you all for being a vital part of my journey here at HSU.

A final message to the Graduates: We are born as different individuals with our own missions to fulfill, which means it is up to you to define what success is as it may come in different ways. There needn’t be a comparison between your success and anyone’s, not today, not hereafter. You just have to be yourself and walk down the path with courage, determination, and effort. No matter the result, no matter if you have achieved your goal or not, I assure you we will all succeed: succeed in walking to the end of the path, succeed in not giving up and succeed in gaining priceless lessons.

The road ahead will definitely be very long, there will be more obstacles and distractions with each passing day, but I believe with an HSU student’s skills and spirits, with the knowledge we are equipped and with the experience at this university, we will confidently live our lives to the fullest.

Here, on behalf of the new graduates, I would like to perform the swearing-in ceremony. Graduates, please rise and adjust your attire in preparation for the swearing-in ceremony. After I read the promise, please shout three times: Promise, promise, promise.

Thank you everyone for listening!”

Pham Huynh Huong – The valedictorian of Hoa Sen University has successfully completed the study program within 3.5 years, graduated early with a GPA of 3.88/4.0 and impressed with her sharing at the Graduation Ceremony for the first time. 40 of the school.

[11
362,364
