On the morning of March 9, 2023, Hoa Sen University (HSU) welcomed a representative of QS Stars (UK) to exchange and work at the University.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, HSU welcomed two representatives from QS Stars, Mr. Samuel Ang – Asia Regional Director and Mr. Jeroen Prinsen – Asia-Pacific Head. Representatives to welcome the delegation from HSU include Dr. Phan Thi Vietnam \u2013 Vice Rector of the University and 02 Deputy Heads of Examinations \u2013 Quality Assurance Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Ang and Mr. Prinsen exchanged with representatives of the University a lot of interesting information about QS Stars’ activities in the near future such as: Launched QS rankings by industry group and training industry in March; New updates on the QS Stars rating cycle and methodology; Trends of Vietnamese universities on QS rankings; Re-Audit operation for the next cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, representatives of the two sides discussed about brand management and school reputation as well as opportunities for cooperation and development in the future. The two sides also had positive exchanges about the opportunity to attend and speak at the upcoming QS Stars Conference in 2023, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoa Sen University is recognized by QS Stars (UK) as a 4-star standard. HSU is the first Vietnamese university to achieve 4-star standard at the first time being evaluated according to QS Stars standard. In which, two standards for student employment and the school’s Culture – Arts are 5 stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QS Stars is a prestigious university star rating system from the UK. Higher education institutions participating in the QS Stars ranking will conduct an in-depth assessment with eight comprehensive standards of training, scientific research and community service activities, thereby promoting quality improvement in higher education. Previously, in 2021, Hoa Sen University was honored to receive the results of the 4-star QS Stars evaluation right at the first evaluation.
