To support candidates participating in the foreign language proficiency exam, the Postgraduate Training Institute is offering review classes for Foreign Language 2 (Chinese and French) for candidates applying for the Master’s Program in English Language (MAE).<\/p>\n\n\n

Candidates applying for the English Language Master’s program must participate in a Foreign Language Proficiency Test organized by the university (Chinese or French) or may be exempted from the test if they meet the foreign language proficiency requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exemption Criteria for Foreign Language 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criteria for Exemption from Foreign Language Exam:<\/strong> Candidates participating in the admission process are exempt from taking the Foreign Language exam if they meet one of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Hold a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree earned on a full-time basis from overseas institutions recognized by the competent authorities according to current regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Hold a bachelor’s degree from an advanced program under the Ministry of Education and Training’s Project on Advanced Training Programs at selected universities in Vietnam, or hold a high-quality engineer degree (PFIEV) recognized by the Engineering Accreditation Committee (CTI, France), with collaboration from foreign institutions in awarding the degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Hold a bachelor’s degree in a foreign language field. Hold a foreign language proficiency certificate equivalent to level 3 or higher according to the Ministry of Education and Training’s 6-level foreign language proficiency framework, as converted in the table below, within 2 years from the date of issuance of the language certificate to the date of application for the master’s program. The certificate must be issued by institutions authorized or recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training. The Principal must assess and take responsibility for the authenticity of the language certificate before recognizing its equivalence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
