Entrepreneurship is an adventurous journey where excellence in products and services is not only demanded but also an effective marketing strategy is required. At the Master’s Insight program organized by the Postgraduate Institute & Leadership, Hoa Sen University on the evening of February 29, 2024, with the theme “EFFECTIVE MARKETING FOR START-UPS<\/strong>,” speakers shared their experiences in developing their business brands.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n In contemporary times, the evolution of advertising platforms and social media networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, among others, plays a pivotal role in shaping and disseminating brand identity. Throughout the sharing session, the speakers underscored the significance of self-awareness, competitor analysis, and the identification of target demographics and pertinent social media channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The MBA program at Hoa Sen University not only facilitates knowledge acquisition for students but also fosters a culture of innovation, urging and empowering them to pioneer novel ideas and embark on successful entrepreneurial ventures. Upon completion of the program, students emerge not only enriched with theoretical knowledge but also equipped with practical business management acumen, thereby distinguishing themselves and achieving success in their professional endeavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ms. Le Kim Thuy Linh, CEO of Phuong Hoang Linh Training and Communication Company Limited and an MBA student enrolled in Batch 9, shared her profound journey of entrepreneurship nurtured through the MBA program at Hoa Sen University. From conceiving ideas to their realization, Ms. Linh attributes her entrepreneurial path to the comprehensive support provided by the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ms. Linh recalls the pivotal role of the initial subject, “Entrepreneurship and Innovation,” which sparked her inspiration and delineated her entrepreneurial trajectory. Subsequently, she found further engagement in subjects like E-Business and sharing economy, Law for Administrators, and Entrepreneurial Finance, which not only piqued her interest but also solidified her resolve to pursue her passion in culinary arts and education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fortuitously, Ms. Linh found a compatible business partner, and armed with the knowledge acquired from the MBA program, she ventured into establishing her business even before completing her master’s degree. Her journey exemplifies the transformative impact of education in empowering individuals to realize their entrepreneurial aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unlike Ms. Kim Linh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Thanh (MBA Student Batch 11) <\/strong>started her business in 2019 but has the same thing in common: feeling lucky to participate in the MBA course of Hoa Sen University. Ms. Hong Thanh said: “Before that, I operated the business purely by instinct. After going to school, I realized that I still lacked a lot of knowledge about business management even though I had work experience. MBA program, further strengthen the foundation, build more effective and logical plans and strategies, gain access to more new knowledge and thereby improve yourself every day in management.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
