JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
– Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management
– Set and follow KPI\/KGI to maximize the output of organization
– Experience in making data driven strategy
– Experience in supply chain management and international trade of manufacturing goods<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Experience in consulting or problem solving driven sales activity
– Experience in business development as a manager role
– Experience in working start up or small-mid organization
– Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts
– Experience in manufacturing or metal processing industry
– Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English
– Knowledge about trade terms(Incoterms) and customs clearance process<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong empathy and understanding for Caddi’s MVC (Mission\/Vision\/Culture)
– Strong passion to solve social problem
– Creative problem solving with analytical mind
– Fit for action driven and agile work environment
– Proficient in MS Office or similar tool
