Earlier, on January 27, 2024, in the presence of representatives from the Malaysian Consulate, HSU leadership, and delegates from various organizations and businesses, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung – Chairman of the Vietnam E-commerce Association, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the University.
