The Fourth Industrial Revolution has gradually changed many aspects of economic management, from vision, thinking, form to mechanisms, policies, and solutions in state management. International integration linked to digital economy imposes requirements on economic managers to identify economic opportunities, mobilize and organize resources successfully to seize those opportunities.

The MBA program in Public Economic Management at Hoa Sen University

Established in 1991, Hoa Sen University is a multidisciplinary institution that pioneers new training programs tailored to the evolving socioeconomic demands and global integration trends. In the academic year 2021, the Postgraduate Training Institute at Hoa Sen University organized admissions for the Public Economic Management specialization, focusing on practical and innovative approaches through four pillars: teaching, research, application, and networking.

The part-time MBA program in Public Economic Management spans 18 months and is suitable for various professionals, including state management officials, nonprofit sector professionals, social organizations, state-owned enterprises, lecturers, researchers from public sectors, research institutes, and graduates with honors from domestic and foreign universities. The program is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge in economic management, managerial skills, smart cities, digital economy, digital transformation, enhancing management and leadership capabilities, and improving problem-solving skills in fulfilling the political tasks of their units. In the academic year 2021, for students who are state officials, civil servants, and public employees applying for admission to the Master of Business Administration program, the university will offer scholarships of up to 20% of the total tuition fees for the entire graduate program.

Furthermore, on the occasion of the university’s 30th anniversary, Hoa Sen University also offers many other attractive scholarships, with a value of up to 30% of the total tuition fees for the program.
