HOA SEN UNIVERSITY COOPERATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT WITH HO CHI MINH CITY ASSOCIATION OF TRADING COOPERATION (SAIGON CO.OP)

On July 28th, recently, Hoa Sen University and the Saigon Cooperative Union of Trading Co-operatives (Saigon Co.op) held a working session to promote and implement the contents of the Cooperation Agreement between the two parties. The meeting was attended by:

With Hoa Sen University’s progressive educational tradition and entrepreneurial spirit, combined with Saigon Co.op’s professional business experience and network, the two parties will collaborate and coordinate to implement projects training human resources from the university, promoting career development, internship opportunities, and business experience at Co.op for students. Additionally, Hoa Sen University will support and provide opportunities for Saigon Co.op staff to enhance their professional skills and knowledge through HSU’s most advanced training programs (international programs, online training, postgraduate training, etc.) and other programs on management, IT, and languages. Specifically:

• Organizing short-term and long-term training courses on knowledge and skills for Saigon Co.op staff.
• Coordinating to organize activities, events, and knowledge-sharing from practical management experiences in the retail sector.
• Connecting internship and job opportunities for students; Training new human resources for Saigon Co.op.
• Coordinating to organize workshops to share experiences and provide experiences for students and high-level managers.

Through this collaboration, Hoa Sen University (HSU) and the Saigon Cooperative Union of Trading Co-operatives (Saigon Co.op) expect to accompany each other in developing and building a strong and fully skilled workforce, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
