GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION FOR MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAM AT HOA SEN UNIVERSITY
I. REGISTER / LOG IN FOR MASTER’S ADMISSION ACCOUNT – HOA SEN UNIVERSITY
Step 1: Visit the website
Step 2: Enter your information => Register or log in
Register for Master’s program admission account
Step 1: If the applicant does not have an account on the admissions page, click on register, the system will redirect to the Registration page as shown in the image.
Step 2: The applicant fills in all the information in the boxes, enters the verification code, and clicks on.
Step 3: Enter the verification code (6 digits) sent to the applicant’s phone message and click Verify Account.
2. Update registration information for admission:
Note when submitting information:
- Click on the top bar of the month/day to select the year/month/day sequentially.
- Use the forward/backward arrows to choose the time.
– In the Priority Objectives section, if the candidate does not belong to any priority group, do not select anything (leave it as default).
– After filling in all the information, check the declaration box and click save to complete this step.
II. Fill in the application form for the master’s program:
Step 1: Go to the Registration Page
After completing the registration of personal information, the system will redirect to the registration page, or candidates can choose the “Registration” tab after logging in with their account.
Step 2: Candidates fill in the registration information for the intended major and Foreign Language.
Note:
- If candidates register for a language other than English (only for MBA), Chinese, or French, please select “Other Language Registration” and enter the language name in the “Other Language” field.
- Candidates can edit personal profile information.
Step 3: Download Registration Form
Candidates can download the registration form, print, and sign it. Then, submit it along with the hard copy application to the university, or the Admissions Specialist of the Postgraduate Institute will print the registration form when candidates submit their applications at the university.
