The Government of India announces scholarships to meritorious Vietnamese students to pursue Graduate/Post graduate/ Ph.D in all subjects (except Medical/ Paramedical/ fashion/ law and integrated courses) in India under the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Schemes, including General Scholarship Scheme (GSS), Cultural Exchange Program/Education Exchange Programme (CEP/EEP).
