In the last two decades, the real estate market in Vietnam has shaped and developed strongly, considered by experts to be a market with many potentials and opportunities in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As of 2020, Vietnam<\/strong>‘s urbanization rate reached 37%, lower than\u00a0\u00a0Southeast Asian<\/strong>\u00a0countries \u00a0(50%) and\u00a0\u00a0Asia\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0(51%).\u00a0The high rate of urbanization shows great potential for future development.\u00a0Vietnam’s population reached 96 million people in 2019 and is expected to reach 120 million by 2050 with the country’s urbanization rate reaching 57%.\u00a0The middle class currently accounts for 13% of the population and is expected to reach 26% by 2026. The total number of households increased by 1.8% per year between 2009 and 2019.\u00a0Each household has an average of 3.5 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
