Hoa Sen University respectfully invites new students of the 2019 class to attend the Opening Ceremony of the 2019-2020 school year with specific information as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 8:00 am – 11:30 am on September 9, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Military Region 7 Gymnasium – 202 Hoang Van Thu, Tan Binh District, City. HCM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7:15 – 8:00: Students submit attendance sheets at the reception desk according to each Faculty<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8:00 – 8:15: Seated seats according to each department<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Dress code<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Women wear white shirts, trousers tucked into pants or skirts that are not too short, and shoes or sandals with straps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Men wear white shirts, trousers, khaki pants, tucking shirts into pants, and shoes or sandals with straps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Regulations on maintaining order:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          In order for the ceremony to take place in a solemn and serious atmosphere, the Organizing Committee requires students to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Arrive on time, park your car, check attendance and sit in the correct position as instructed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Maintain general order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Do not leave before the ceremony ends<\/p>\n\n\n\n
