Position: Safety-quality specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Job description
A.1 Responsible for controlling and maintaining the validity of certificates issued by flag authorities such as: Certificate of registration, Minimum safe manning, Ship station license, Vessel continuity record , Certificate of insurance or financial assurance for civil liability for wreck removal (WRC), Certificate of insurance or financial assurance for civil liability for fuel oil contamination loss (BCC), Ship Accommodation Certificate (CICA), International Tonnage Certificate (ITC) and IMO Fees\/taxes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.2 Planning \u2013 organizing internal assessment of integrated management system HSEQ Company & HSEQ, SSA fleet, monitoring until corrective and preventive actions are implemented and completely closed. Nonconformities identified during the assessment process must be analyzed for their causes and take corrective and preventive actions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.3 Responsible for application\/assessment of Company DOC, SMC, MLC, ISSC provisional, initial, intermediate, renewal or renewal and ensuring all non-conformities are detected During the evaluation process DOC, SMC, MLC, ISSC are fixed. Make necessary preparations for annual or new external audits;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.4 Planning – organizing the implementation of Pre-OVID, IMCA and evaluating and maintaining the effectiveness of OVID and IMCA for the fleet;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.5 Plan and organize safety training\/practice\/emergency incident response on the Company, between the Company and the fleet;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.6 Planning – organizing fleet inspections on Safety, Security, health & environment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.7 Plan and organize surprise inspections of ships on compliance with alcohol & drug control policies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.8 Supervise safety work when the ship undergoes docking repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Job requirements
\u2013 Graduated: University or higher majoring in Maritime \/ Shipping Economics \/ Maritime Management;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Experience: 02 years or more;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Foreign language: English reading comprehension;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Computer: Proficient in office computers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Able to work independently, under high work pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Good communication and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Responsible and enthusiastic about work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
