Job description<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Making plans & compliance with its deadline (3M). Breaking the monthly sales target down to retailers
Making reports & compliance with its deadline (3M)
Breakdown the profit by monthly or whenever changing
Update call-sheet into sales call system
Other reports required by line manager
Execute some paper works to make sure all sales activities to be running smoothly such as:
Propose promotion program and make the report
Propose Over-sales
Prepare Sales Contract
Update and report project\/contractor data
Prepare other communication (letter, dialogue\u2026)
Claim expense & Cash advance,\u2026
Participate active trainings and any program held by the company.
Work or co-operate with MI independently and do some analysis and\/or forecast about sales, market, competitor\u2026 and then prepare a proposal to line manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Follow up and implement the Internal communication:
Participate in weekly meeting, monthly meeting in sales section
Actively join cross \u2013 function meeting if any
Check internal mail and respond accordingly
Share information relating to market, customer, competitor, promotions in place with line-manager and others.
Follow up and implement the External communication
Keep our customers informed about HVL policy, promotion programs\u2026 in place.
Get any feedbacks from customers about HVL product, service, sales policy\u2026 and report to line manager with respective comments\/solutions.
Conduct market intelligence.
Build up a net-work of construction companies (private or state owned) and\/or other government office relating to our industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Propose and conduct build-up of an efficient net-work of distributors in assigned territory.
Co-operate with distributors to implement sales and\/or marketing activities\/programs in the assigned market.
Co-operate with distributors working with their customers such as retailers, contractors, specify\u2026 to gain some key sales & marketing objectives in respect of sales volume, market coverage, retail chain-efficiency and so on\u2026
Pro-actively manage distributors doing their business in compliance with policies and\/or procedures set by Holcim such as Over-sales, territory assigned management (bombing control), pricing\u2026
Follow up Master Coverage Plan (MCP) visiting retailers to improve HVL bag accelerated distributions.
Build up networking with construction companies, contractors, specifiers, board of project management
Make analysis and give proposals to line manager for distribution management improvement.
4.Cooperate with cross-functional on daily sales operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Co-operate with technical support to provide consulting to end-users or solve complaints to customers according to Customer Complain Tracking System (CCTS).
Co-operate with Regional Marketing Supervisor (RMS) to hold workshops (RW, TW, FGM, MS), implement trade marketing promotions to customers and other marketing activities\/events if any.
A long with customer service suggest credit supporting to relevant distributor and manage effectively credit granted to distributor to prevent bad debts from distributors.
With logistics and production ensure physical distribution flow from HVL plan to end-user runs well at the best cost but high satisfaction from customers.

At least one-year working in sales technique both building material and household products.
Having good relationship with construction-related bodies is preferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
