Job description
Assist in developing the CI culture and implementing Toll Operating Platform (TOP) to improve organizational performance.
Support the development of a culture of improvement and implementation of the Operating Platform (TOP) to improve organizational performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monitor and analyze Operation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes.

Lead and direct improvement teams with a core focus on elimination of non-value added activities through 5S, Kaizen, or A3 projects.

Job requirements
Bachelor\/College\u2019s degree in related field and 5+ years of experience
Graduated from university or college, with 5 years of experience in a similar position<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Demonstrated proficiency in Lean tools and techniques.
Proficient in using Lean tools and techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working knowledge of business processes, operations, and data analysis
Have working knowledge and experience in operational processes, operations and data analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills
