Position: Consolidated Cargo Sales Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job description
The Sales Manager develops, implements, and communicates short- and long-term strategic sales goals that support the achievement of revenue, yield management and associated budgets; establishing appropriate account responsibility including recognition of new and repeat business opportunities; provides training to sales staff and initiates account development through strategies such as prospecting, direct mailings, tours and personal appointments; creates, reviews, and analyzes sales reports to report progress and develop initiatives to refocus on objectives as needed; books and services accounts including major accounts and group sales; coordinates with marketing and communication groups to develop appropriate sales informational materials; performs additional marketing and communications activities depending upon area of responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on-board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
