Vị trí : Cargo Sales Manager
The Cargo Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the cargo sales activities within the Airline and GSA. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on-board.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the airline industry.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
