Position : Logistics Leader – HCM

Job Description

Manage end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve the required on-time delivery of goods. Manage logistics costs to meet budgets. Details:
1. Responsible for the customs settlement report yearly:

  • Follow up on the process to reconcile the import/export data to ensure its correctness or revise it on time
  • Analyze the actual Bill of Material from production and build up the actual BOM for the Customs settlement report
  • Control other transactions related to Customs settlement report, such as free of charge, re-export, re-purpose and pay tax, scrap, or dispose of material or finished goods
  • Follow up on the customs data reconciliation to support the customs post-clearance audit…
  • Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure the in-out transaction complies with government regulation

2. Handling customs activity related to import, export, re-export, re-purpose, and scrap/disposal…

  • Work with forwarders to get quotes and make bookings
  • Responsible for CO for exporting goods (form AK, EUR1, etc.).
  • Calculate, compare shipping costs, and analyze information to choose the suitable transport option
  • Follow up and solve issues that arise during the import-export process
  • Handle documents with LC, DP, TTR terms professionally.
  • Use the ECUS & forwarder’s systems proficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Import & Export, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Experience in handling export documents (type of export production, export processing, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of local and international freight services and customs policies
  • Able to effectively problem-solve
  • Experience in manufacturing or a factory is advantageous.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Working time: Mon – Fri (7:30 – 16:30)
