Graduation ceremony is one of the most important moments for each person, marking the milestone of you officially becoming an “adult”, leaving the arms of your parents and teachers, and officially walking on your own. private road. Morning shift: 06:00 – 12:30 February 24, 2024 (Including Faculties: Finance – Banking; Design – Art; Information Technology; Economics – Management;). New graduates will be present at 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. to complete the check-in steps
Afternoon shift: 12:00 – 18:00 February 24, 2024 (Including Faculties: Social Sciences – Law; Tourism – Restaurant – Hotel; Logistics – International Trade; International Language – Culture). New graduates will be present at 12:00 – 13:00 to complete the check-in steps

(Note: After the check-in time, the organizers will not handle late cases for graduates and parents, so that the ceremony can take place more solemnly)

Rules for attending:

When attending the Ceremony, you must wear a formal gown and bring an invitation letter and a vestment deposit receipt. The ticket control department will not handle any case without an invitation letter (Each invitation letter is valid for 1 person – Including 1 New Graduate invitation letter and 1 or 2 invitation letters for Parents according to the number you have registered. Sign and receive. The invitation must have the stamp of Hoa Binh Theater or Hoa Sen University).

Each graduate will have a separate number corresponding to the number on the seating chart. You must sit in the correct order number to have your name called, show your correct slide as well as receive the correct graduation cover or paper. commendation (if any).- In cases where you want to leave before the event ends, you must wait for your Faculty to complete the naming and awarding of degrees. The organizers will create conditions for you to leave the auditorium immediately afterward.

The formal gown will be returned after you leave the auditorium in the “Porn Collect” area. The organizing committee will only refund the deposit when there are enough hats, uniforms and vestment deposit receipts.
