Position: Export logistics officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Draft and submit foreign trade contracts and proforma invoices (PI) according to the purchasing request of the supply department.
Ensure contracts are valid according to domestic and international regulations and on time.
Control the delivery process: track production progress, delivery, and payment
Carry out export procedures: registration, delivery,…
Implement payment documents: prepare documents, monitor and urge the payment process, send documents to relevant parties
Check and process feedback and customer requests
Final settlement, reporting, debt reconciliation
Carry out post-inspection work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in preparing import-export documents and related customs declarations.
Experience in planning and implementing plans.
Having experience in a similar position is an advantage.
English communication.
