EVALUATION OF INSURANCE INDUSTRY TRAINING PROGRAM, SPECIALIZED IN RISK MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE
At 4:00 p.m., April 28, 2020, in Conference room 901, the Council held an appraisal of the Insurance industry training program, majoring in Risk Management and Insurance, at the full-time university level.
The training program appraisal session participants include: the Appraisal Council and training program project committee.
The appraisal council consists of 05 members:

- Dr. Nguyen Tan Hoang Secretary of the Council
- Dr. Ton That Vien Member Reviewer 1
- Associate Professor Tran Dinh Phung Member Reviewer 2
- Mr. Ha Hong Hai Member
MSc. Do Thi Hong Ha presented a summary of the training program content and the program development process. After a period of hard work under the direction of the School Board of Directors, the dedicated advice and assistance of the Training Department, and the coordinated support of courses, departments, scientists, managers, businesses, and colleagues in the Faculty of Management Economics, especially the efforts of members of the project board, the Insurance industry training program has been developed and received many recognitions. According to the assessment of the Appraisal Council, the Insurance industry training program is built closely with the mission and training goals of Hoa Sen University, with output standards that meet the practical needs of businesses and society. In addition, the Council highly appreciated the arrangement of knowledge blocks, appropriate to the training level, ensuring integration and modernity.
In addition, Council members raised issues that need to be adjusted regarding the content of the training program structure:
- Must have operational risk and IFRS17 knowledge
- Adjust and supplement course outlines in terms of form
- Explain the context of building the training program into the school’s profile
- Separated into two subjects: Life Insurance and Non-Life Insurance.
Based on the opinions of the Appraisal Council, the project board seriously absorbed the Council members’ comments.
Finally, the Training Program Evaluation Council compared the actual conditions of the teaching staff, library, documents, and equipment for the Insurance industry training program, specializing in Risk Management. Ro and Insurance University level. Now, the Appraisal Council concludes as follows: “The facilities and teaching staff of Hoa Sen University (as confirmed by the Inspection Board) ensure quality requirements to implement the industry training program.” Insurance, majoring in Risk Management and Insurance at the university level.
