MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM VOLCAFE ED&F MAN’S COFFEE BUSINESS

Volcafe – one of the world’s leading international green coffee companies, has been in the coffee business since 1851 and headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland, with operations in more than 20 countries around the globe.

Program Outline

Volcafe Internship Program – intended to be a four-year program designed to foster learning about business, industry, and foster accountability in a business function of the student’s choice . The initial trainees will be kept on a contract with a term of 2 to 4 years. The first 2 years of the program will provide interns with experience and the opportunity to develop key business skills and acumen. From year 3 onwards, interns will move into full-time business with more focused learning, responsibility and ownership with the opportunity to lead important and impactful positions/projects enjoy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or MBA in Business Higher Education (Business, Finance, Economics, Foreign Trade or Agribusiness);

• Fresh graduate or have about 1-2 years of experience in the field of commodity trading or agribusiness.

• Fluency in English (required);

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, good analytical skills.

• Place of residence: Vietnamese candidate

• Flexibility to perform national tasks during the week/month, and also for working hours (eg during harvest, special projects, etc.). Other requirements:

• Strong passion for coffee

• Valid passport, no travel restrictions.

• Positive learning attitude by bottom-up method

• Immediate effect.

• Business school background (desirable).
