Position: Field Sales Executive – Logistics – HCMC

Job Description

– Develop domestic and international air and sea freight customers (peer customers and direct customers) by utilizing the company’s platform.

– Collect and master customer information through various channels, understand and explore customer needs and willingness to cooperate.

– Regularly report the information of target customers to the superior. Under the guidance and supervision of the superior supervisor, follow up the target customers with goals, plans and methods, and complete the sales target.

– Keep abreast of market trends, collect potential customers’ information, establish and maintain customer relations.

– Provide customers with professional international air freight, sea freight, trailer, customs clearance and other logistics services consulting and logistics distribution solutions.

– Be able to deal with the work process independently, including contract signing, order tracking, emergency situation handling, payment collection and urging, etc.

– Other tasks and duty as per the assignment of Sales Manager and GM.

Job requirements

Skill Required

Knowledge or work experience on airfreight, sea freight, logistics are big plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, team work and service awareness.
• Good at communication and negotiation, be flexible and quick response.
• Optimistic and able to work under pressure, maintain high enthusiasm for work and have the
ability to develop business independently.

Experience and Qualifications

• Colleague or above, with major in Marketing, International Trading, Business Admin or related.
• 0-2 year experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding.
• Well handle the Office tools such as MS Excel/PPT/SharePoint etc.
• Written and spoken English, Mandarin is plus
