During the Sea Transport class sessions at Hoa Sen University, the international student group will be provided with basic information on maritime transportation, methods of signing charter contracts, and how to operate maritime transportation businesses. At the end of the course, students will receive a Certificate of Program Completion signed by the Dean of Hoa Sen University after the student attends all classes.

From 2022, College de Paris signed with Hoa Sen University a pedagogical cooperation agreement for many majors, including the Fashion Business program. According to this agreement, from year 3, Fashion Design students can choose to pursue two majors: Fashion Business or Fashion Design. Students majoring in Fashion Business upon graduation will receive a Bachelor of Fashion Design from Hoa Sen University as well as a certificate of completion of the Fashion Business program from College de Paris.

The short-term Online Internship Scholarship Program jointly implemented by Education New Zealand (ENZ) and the University of Auckland opens up opportunities for students to:

Morocco held talks and signed a Letter of Intent for cooperation, along with a plan to twin the cities of Casablanca and Ho Chi Minh City to expand cooperation opportunities between Vietnamese and Moroccan universities. Accordingly, Hoa Sen University will have the opportunity to support the development of the field of Oriental Studies such as the project of opening the Arabic studies major, implementing cultural and artistic exchange activities between Vietnam and the Kingdom of Morocco.
