The Institute of Education and Global Engagement is the functional unit of counseling the Board of Directors on strategies and directly executing Training and International Relations activities.
Principal duties include building and implementing cooperative relations in academic exchange as well as training cooperation; establishing and preserving partnerships with diplomatic missions; and enhancing the HSU position in order to stimulate strategic plans applicable to Training and International Relations.

Ph.D. Doan Minh Chau is the Director of the Institute of Education and Global Engagement, at Hoa Sen University. She is also a Lecturer in charge of Marketing and Communication subjects in Undergraduate and Postgraduate training programs.
She graduated with a Master’s and Doctor of Science in Knowledge – majoring in Marketing in Japan. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience in Communication and Marketing, having worked for multinational corporations like Intel and PepsiCo.
After studying and working in Japan for six years, Ph.D. Minh Chau returned to Vietnam to pursue a career in education. With the training motto “Knowledge is developed on the basis of co-creation and sharing”. She believes that learners are the focus of education, and lecturers are the bridge that supports students to turn knowledge from books become their own wisdom and practical application.
Since June 2021, Ph.D. Doan Minh Chau has been the Director of the Institute of Graduate Education. Her goal is to not only provide students with knowledge and skills but also to cultivate an elite community of graduate programs that offers opportunities for knowledge exchange, cultural immersion, economic growth, and research. Students are provided with an environment for self-training, exceptional development, and success in their career path, becoming a leading human resource in society.

MA. Phu Truong Thang is a tourism, hotel, and restaurant management student in Spain. Mr. Thang is currently in charge of Admissions and Communication at the Institute of Education and Global Engagement, as well as the program director of the VATEL International Hotel & Tourism Business (France). Mr. Thang has 10 years of experience in the tourism industry (Inbound & Outbound market) in a variety of positions ranging from staff to senior management; contacting and working with hundreds of delegations/partners from various countries around the world has given him extensive experience. Mr. Thang intends to give his experience, knowledge, and expertise in order to bring programs of international quality to Vietnamese students.

Ms. Trinh Thanh Mi is an Admissions Specialist for De Montfort University (DMU) and the VATEL International Hotel & Tourism Business (France) program.
