At the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation opportunities in potential fields such as cooperation in scientific research, organization of specialized seminars on Innovation, application of AI technology, IoT and big data in research, learning, and technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), IOT (Internet of Things), and Big data, Professor Dominique Laffly expressed the impression of particular interest in quality and achievements that HSU’s VATEL international training program has been and is being achieved, at the same time, clearly shows the commitment of the French Embassy in being ready to support HSU to furthermore develop the VATEL program. 

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Dr. Phan Thi Viet Nam – Vice Rector of the school affirmed that HSU will constantly maintain and further develop the VATEL program – which has become a prominent brand of the school. At the same time, HSU is always ready to coordinate with the French Embassy in Vietnam and Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City to organize scientific, cultural, and educational seminars, forums, and events at Hoa Sen University.

The Education New Zealand (ENZ) and the University of Auckland (UA) Short-Term Virtual Micro-Internship Scholarship Program provides students with the opportunity to:

Obtain practical work experience with multinational and New Zealand companies

Exchange and connect with other international students in the region

Develop work skills, confidence, and a professional network

Develop global perspectives and skills

Grow your career, wherever you are

The three-week program, which requires about 10 �?5 hours of work per week, is intended to provide international students with the opportunity to hone their skills and practical industry knowledge, thereby promoting their future career development.

Students in the program will be assigned to work in groups of 4-6 students from different countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, and India) to solve a business theme problem for an Auckland-based business. Throughout the program, each group will be accompanied by a personal mentor who will provide coaching and support. Students will be given access to an online platform to connect with their team, exchange and submit documents, and receive feedback from mentors. At the end of the internship, students will submit a report or present the results of their group’s project.

Previous participants in this program include Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, Auckland Unlimited, BDO, Deloitte, KPMG, Mercury, Orion Healthcare, PwC, Samsung, and Vodafone.

Applied criterion:

1⃣ Vietnamese student who studying bachelor’s programs at a Vietnamese university from year 3 or above. Students from different disciplines can apply. However, the program does not allow you to pursue studies in the following fields: Medicine, Pharmacy, and health-related programs; Law; and experimental sciences such as Chemistry, Biology, and Oceanography.

2⃣ Use English effectively (IELTS Academic 6.0 or higher).

3⃣ Fill out the online application form, which includes a requirement to submit your English CV as well as a link to a video of a student presentation in English in which you introduce yourself and explain why you want to participate in this program.
