In the card sent to teachers on November 20, HSU students wrote: “”You are the brightest star who had appeared in our normal years.” That is probably the greatest joy that HSU lecturers received during this year’s Teachers’ Day.

In recognition of the efforts of these “brilliant stars”, in the atmosphere filled with love, on the afternoon of November 20, Hoa Sen University organized the 41st Anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day and honored the 2023 Lotus Awards – Golden Lotus. This is also the third year HSU has organized the award to honor the lecturers and staff working at the University.

After nearly a month of voting from the voting council and students, the 2023 Sen Awards honored more than 100 individuals and 5 best collectives in 7 categories: Outstanding Lecturer, Outstanding Staff, Dedicated Academic Advisor, Friendly Staff, Outstanding Scientific Research Lecturer, Outstanding Leader, Outstanding Team

On October 2, 2023, at Nguyen Van Trang headquarters, the Office of Academic Affairs held a regular meeting with the participation of the Head of Office of Academic Affairs, Team Leaders and the collective of experts and staff of the Office.

During the meeting, the Head of Office of Academic Affairs reported on the Department’s summary of the implementation of the 2022-2023 School Year action plan with achievements, shortcomings, difficulties and improvement measures. At the same time, the Teams presented the Action Plan for the 2023-2024 School Year with a focus on completing digitalization and developing the Teams’ human resources.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Lap �?Head of Office of Academic Affairs, highly appreciated the achievements of the teams in the past year, pointed out the existing problems of the teams that need to be overcome and directed the departments to make efforts to implement the New School Year Plan to ensure and constantly improve the efficiency of training management activities.

The teams of Office of Academic Affairs acknowledged Mr. Nguyen Tien Lap’s guidance and shared their determination to implement well the action plans of the academic year 2023-2024. The meeting took place and ended in an atmosphere of sincerity, openness and readiness for a new school year.

On September 6 and 7, 2023, at Nguyen Van Trang headquarters, The Office of Academic Affairs organized three sessions on Statutes and Regulations on training organization with the participation of Faculty Heads, Program Directors, Lecturers and Faculty Secretaries. The Office of Academic Affairs would like to thank you for actively participating, understanding and sharing many issues to help the organization of training, especially the teaching-learning of lecturers-students effectively, solving problems and difficulties during the implementation process.
