\n\u2022 Consult with HR and hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.
\n\u2022 Identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria. Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs.
\n\u2022 Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
\n\u2022 Build applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
\n\u2022 Work closely with all Dept. Head and HR Manager for recruitment requirements, plans and budget the recruitment cost.
\n\u2022 Participate actively in job fairs and close collaborate with major universities
\n\u2022 Manage the entire intern program: recruitment strategic, interviewing process, coaching and performance evaluation process, identifying the best ones potential for hiring.
\n\u2022 Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
\n\u2022 Produce ad hoc reports for management meetings<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
\n\u2022 Prior experience as a senior talent acquisition specialist, or similar experience in an HR role.
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
\n\u2022 Ability to multitask.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key<\/p>\n
