You will support the team with creating a sustainable CRM strategy while acting as a liaison, provide product\/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting team to increase the effectiveness of the CRM strategy<\/li>\n<li>Answer calls professionally to provide information about the company, products and services or obtain details of complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
