Job Description\u00a0<\/strong>
\nAs a Recruitment Support Intern, you have a supporting factor in the recruitment process. It is your aim to map skills and competencies within the Amaris pool and population and accelerate Mantu Group\u2019s reactivity. Your main tasks will be involved but not limited to the following:\u00a0
\n\u2022 Formatting candidates\u2019 resume into Amaris\u2019s form (Consultant File – CF)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analyzing candidates information and presenting it in the best manner<\/p>\n

\u2022 Completing candidate information\u2019s and mapping their skills in the internal system<\/p>\n

\u2022 Publication and refreshing of job offers<\/p>\n

\u2022 Researching candidate profiles and working on projects that help develop candidate databases.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proposing ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process<\/p>\n

\u2022 Participating in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader.\u00a0
