<\/span>\t<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Manage and support endpoint devices (Laptop, desktop, mobile devices, printers,\u00a0 thin clients) throughout their lifecycle. Including provisioning, refresh, asset management and decommission<\/p>\n Adhere and promote IT policies and standards<\/p>\n Provide \u2018smart-hand\u2019 support at the site including on-call (per rotation schedule)<\/p>\n Follow ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes such as change, incident and problem management<\/p>\n Comply to and execute\u00a0 SOX controls<\/p>\n \u200bTake ownership of reported issues and seeing issue tickets through to resolution<\/p>\n Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues<\/p>\n Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers<\/p>\n Be a technical advisor to management and end users to insure they have the proper IT equipment to be successful<\/p>\n Maintain accurate IT equipment, software and license inventory in Asset Management Tool<\/p>\n Install, upgrade and replace selected software and hardware products according to Avery Dennison standards<\/p>\n Work closely with service vendors, other Avery Dennison IT teams, and personnel to ensure continuity of service<\/p>\n Assist in implementing best practices and Avery Dennison IT standards that will more effectively utilize IT resources<\/p>\n Deliver training on Avery Dennison\u2019s software and computer systems; this can include group presentations, one-on-one training, and onboarding<\/p>\n Perform other duties as assigned<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n College Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent required<\/p>\n Information Technology courses or certification(s) required<\/p>\n 0-2+ years related experience<\/p>\n Understanding and experience with information systems environments and systems; understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software<\/p>\n Basic understanding of ICT (information & communication technology) infrastructure<\/p>\n Good verbal, data entry and written skills; communicative, in speaking and writing, in local language and English<\/p>\n Flexible, initiative, self-motivated and creative in finding solutions<\/p>\n Team player combined with independent working<\/p>\n Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements<\/p>\n Experience working effectively with others and providing superior customer service<\/p>\n Skilled at solving challenges in a directed, methodical manner and analyzes the current issue to envision creative solutions<\/p>\n Takes initiative to complete critical tasks, especially in team settings with dependencies on other people<\/p>\n Works effectively in the face of stress, ambiguity, difficult situations, and shifting priorities<\/p>\n Experience in a manufacturing environment highly valued<\/p>\n ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) foundation training is an asset<\/p>\n Ability to travel to support other sites when needed; estimated 20% travel<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n Please send your CV to email: recruitment.vn@ap.averydennison.com<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n Th\u00f4ng Tin Tuy\u1ec3n D\u1ee5ng N\u01a1i l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c:\u00a0 Tp.HCM – H.
