Role Purpose:<\/strong> to evaluate quality of all calls made by Call Center staff<\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities<\/u>:\u00a0<\/strong>Evaluate calls made by Call Center staff basing on pre-defined scripts and quality parameters for training development.<\/p>\n

Performance measures:<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>Daily task, accuracy and completeness<\/p>\n
