\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To support for communicating between internal teams regarding the latest development of the customers and to maintain updated customer profile information<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 To assist proactively among team members on new orders\/ products\/ system knowledge and on lessons learnt from the mistakes to improve quality of the whole team<\/p>\n
