1. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recruitment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– \u00a0Participate in searching CV with different tool ( headhunt, manually )<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Screen and short-list curriculum vitas of candidates<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Contact and arrange interviews with candidates<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Prepare test and evaluation form for related interview.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Call candidate and Prepare Offer letter and Labour contract for new staff<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Update New staff progress (after probation or promotion)<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Manage personnel filing: create file for new staff and keep updated current staff\u2019s records<\/p>\n

Internal HR:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– In charge of all staff procedure such as creating E-leave account, granting Company card access<\/p>\n

– Collaborate with sub-regional HR team to update information\/policy to Hochiminh Office.<\/p>\n

– Other ad-hoc tasks.<\/p>\n
