\n7. Ensure collection of payments from members before client\u2019s start date
\n8. Ensure proper documentation of reports and all sales related documents
\n9. Monitor progress of clients

1. Greet, welcome, receive, handle, interact and check-in members and guests professionally at all times
\n2. Ensuring prompt and professional phone answering service
\n3. Render high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring their needs and requests are attended to in a timely manner
\n4. Ensure all documents are checked and verified
\n5. Assist to achieve 5 star facility standards
\n6. Ensure opening\/closing of facilities is in accordance to Company SOPs<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
