MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Greet and assist all customers entering the park\u00a0
\n– Assist customers in purchasing tickets and necessary accessories
\n– Explain the rules for each facility and answer any questions customers may have\u00a0
\n– Coordinate the clearing of the courts of customers whose time has elapsed\u00a0
\n– Monitor, clean and organize the cafe seating areas and trampoline equipment
\n– Report any problems with equipment to the operations manager immediately\u00a0
\n– Report all incidents and injuries immediately to the operations manager\u00a0
\n– Implement first aid as necessary (full training will be given)
\n– Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy<\/p>\n

– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n

2. Cashier<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Handle cash transaction with customers<\/p>\n

– Issue receipts, refunds, and tickets<\/p>\n

– Sell tickets and socks to customers<\/p>\n

– Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.<\/p>\n

– Calculate total payments received during a time period<\/p>\n

– Maintain clean and tidy counter area<\/p>\n

– Report to operation manager after every shifts.<\/p>\n

– Maintain daily report of transaction<\/p>\n

– Execute promotions (giving away tickets, loyalty cards, gifts, etc…)\u00a0<\/p>\n

– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Caf\u00e9 Crew<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Check and keep track inventory in report day by day (soft drink, snack, water, etc.)<\/p>\n

– Sell goods to customers<\/p>\n

– Handle cash transaction with customers<\/p>\n

– Issue receipts, refunds, change<\/p>\n

– Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.<\/p>\n

– Calculate total payments received during a time period<\/p>\n

– Maintain clean and tidy area (counter, table, chair, floor)<\/p>\n

– Cleaning facilities as soon as customer done with our service<\/p>\n

– Report to operation manager\/supervisor after every shifts<\/p>\n

– Maintain daily report of transaction and inventory<\/p>\n

– Execute promotions (depends on marketing strategy)<\/p>\n

– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
