Yêu cầu công việc

Mô tả công việc: 

1. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Recruitment:

–  Participate in searching CV with different tool ( headhunt, manually )

–  Screen and short-list curriculum vitas of candidates

–  Contact and arrange interviews with candidates

–  Prepare test and evaluation form for related interview.

–  Call candidate and Prepare Offer letter and Labour contract for new staff

–  Update New staff progress (after probation or promotion)

–  Manage personnel filing: create file for new staff and keep updated current staff’s records

Internal HR:

– In charge of all staff procedure such as creating E-leave account, granting Company card access

– Collaborate with sub-regional HR team to update information/policy to Hochiminh Office.

– Other ad-hoc tasks.

2. Benefits: 

– Monthly allowance: 3,000,000 VND/ month

– Participating required/advance training; ensure that skills and knowledge are met expectation and job requirement.

Kiến thức chuyên môn: 

– Senior students or Graduates majoring in Business/ Human Resources Management/ Economics

Kỹ năng: 

– Good English communication skills

– Observe a very high level of confidentiality due to access to confidential data.

– Familiar with computer, Software and system of management.

– Hard-working, thorough, reliable, able to work under pressure

Bằng cấp: 

– Senior students or Graduates majoring in Business/ Human Resources Management/ Economics
