Report to Customer Service Team Leader
Key performance:
· To support CS Executive in customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
· To coordinate with CS Executives and other internal teams to ensure the product quality and customers’ requirements are met
· To support for communicating between internal teams regarding the latest development of the customers and to maintain updated customer profile information
· To assist proactively among team members on new orders/ products/ system knowledge and on lessons learnt from the mistakes to improve quality of the whole team
· To assist and back up other team members and provide supports and report to line- supervisor
· Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
· Last-year or fresh graduated students, who are looking for an internship program
· Good at English and basic communication in Mandarin/Japanese
· Open-minded, quick adapt and willing to learn attitude
· Detailed, careful and customer service mindset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office
