- Provide recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the best talent needed by Green Edu and partners’ graduate programs.
- Strengthen Green Edu career branding with corporate partners, colleges and media.
- Work with corporate partners to support joint recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet application targets.
- Cultivate potential talent, and deliver a compelling proposition tailored to young professionals’ and graduates’ motivations and interests.
- Build, maintain, and leverage networks with student leaders/influencers/groups, administrators, faculty members, career service advisors.
- Working with other team members to produce materials to support recruitment efforts, ensuring adherence to the organizational brand, marketing, and positioning strategies.
- Conduct online campaigns using social networking and web marketing.

Bằng cấp:
Bachelor Degree in any Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant
Kinh nghiệm:
Having 1-3 years of working experience, preferably experience in talent acquisition.
