Job title: HR & GA Intern
Job Type: Full-time
Work Place: E-Town Building, 364 Cong Hoa St., W.13, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
Responsibilities: The intern will assist HR & GA team in the following tasks as assigned:
– – Receive mails, phone calls, manage hotline number
– Travel management (Car, hotel, air ticket, visa): Handle car, hotel, Air ticket
booking & visa application process for employees
– Office & facility management: Follow up company policies & procedures for
assets management, ensure office & facility under good condition & well
utilized
– Company event &internal communication: Support to conduct company
events (Company trip, Year end party, staff activities…) by participating in
vendor selection process, prepare accommodation & facilities needed
following company rules & regulation, communication, take lead to get
employees’ involvement to the events, ensure all activities run smoothly.
– Training operation support: Co-ordinate & arrange transportation (if any),
facility, logistics…for training courses. Be window person between HR shared
service function & participants/relevant Departments.
– Data, report, policies & processes: prepare HR-related data & reports in an
accurate & timely manner, provide inputs to Managers for further
improvement of process
– Other HR-GA tasks assigned upon business needs.
– Fresh graduates/senior students interested in HR GA field with advanced
level of English
– Logical thinking, flexible & quick adapt with new environment
– Have good communication & interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities:

The intern will assist Talent Acquisition team in the following tasks as assigned:

 

  • CVs search, candidate pool building, market updates:
    • Assist recruiters in searching CVs from various sources following defined criteria.
    • Collect information/CVs from recruiters and use other sourcing techniques to build up candidate database with set objectives
    • Assist the team in conducting researches, talent mapping & updates about competitors & market

 

  • Employer branding & campus recruitment support:
    • Involve in employer branding activities to build up relationships with universities, colleges & education institutions
    • Assist management of employer branding’s social media platforms
    • Prepare recruitment marketing communication for assigned programs
  • General administration:
    • Assist team members with interview arrangement & recruitment data/reports
    • Prepare related paperwork for new hires
    • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

 

  • Fresh graduates/senior students interested in HR field with advanced level of English
  • Logical thinking, flexible & quick adapt with new environment
  • Resourceful, Customer-Oriented,  Result-Oriented and Detail-Oriented
  • Having design skill (PTS/AI) is an advantage
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
