Report to Sales Manager
Bonus: basic salary, phone, transportation allowance, monthly, quarterly sales incentive, year-end bonus
Recruitment Requirement: English Communication, and Fluently Chinese/Korean/Japan. Fresh Graduate
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation:
- Develop the integrated logistics services of SCS through networking, approaching, consulting for clients who have demand of logistics services
- Closely work with internal departments to work out the best solutions for clients
- Maintain and develop relationship with current and new clients
- Develop the sales database
- Finish the data sales order via internal system and support internal departments solve arising troubles related to shipment
Customer:
- Ensure quality of customer service for internal and external clients through prompt feedback and suitable solutions timely
Financial:
- Ensure debit note/debts is timelly collected
Management/People:
- Provide training and coaching for internship (if any)
Others:
- Do weekly, monthly, yearly report or internal report (if required)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and policies of company
- Other taks assigned from time to time according to company’s strategy
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
– Individual Sales Profit
– Team Sales Profit
– % internal system compliance (SI)
– Due Debt is timely collected
