JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintenance the Management System for Software Development basing on well-known
international standard i.e. CMMI, Agile, Scrum, PM and Assuring the compliance to the
standards.
1. Performs Audits
Plan for process and product audit
Conduct process and product audit
Create audit reports
Follows up on audit correction actions
Analyze and resolve Project Non-Compliances
Train standard processes
Recommend quality improvements
2. Maintain and improve the Management Process basing on state of art framework for
software development
Define, document and improve SPS Standard processes
Analyze and report the Quality Objectives of Software development
Coordinate for Quality Assurance activities e.g SEPG, ISOs
3. Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Good at Quality Assurance Model: CMMI DEV, Agile Scrum methodology, ISO 9000, etc.

• Good at reading/writing English
