JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports to Operations Head
General Purpose
Provide professional support to trainer in all aspects of training activities.
Develop/ enhance client database professionally and scientifically
Maintain and enhance the company’s administration professionally
Have proactive mindset and have active preparation on the training activities
or marketing/ telesales activities within company
Have detailed orientated mindset and awareness of urgency and quality in all
aspects of tasks assignment
Accountabilities
Ensure that training activities’ ongoing are always in control
Ensure that administrative activities are being implemented smoothly and that
you will support your subordinates on all activities directed to the administrative
system in the workplace and company.
Ensure that administrative/ training problems are resolved professionally
Ensure telesales/ marketing activities are being implemented by deadline with
effectiveness
Main responsibilities
There are 3 parts of responsibilities
a) Part 1: Administrative Preparation
Related Training preparation
Intelligence and proactive in training documents preparation
Prior to training:
o Prepare Layout set up, Pre-training questionnaire etc…
o Edit and format training materials (workbook, PowerPoint slides
presentation, handout, material equipment checklist etc…)
o Ensure all training materials/ games materials are ready
o Ensure trainers get all training materials
On training:
o To be acted as Trainer Assistant, please refer to Part 2: Trainer

After training:
o General report about training to Client Service Manager/ Program
Coordinator
o Update materials equipment checklist (ME)
o Prepare training reports and send related documents in hard
copies to clients
o Update and manage Training report status
o Tidy all training materials/ games
o Prepare lesson plan if requested
Manage and control all training documents in confidential nature
b) Part 2: Trainer Assistant on venue
Provide professional assistance and support to trainer in setting all related
equipment such as laptop, laptop connection with projector, speaker,
remote control etc.…and documents layout
Provide quick and quality action when setting game lay out
Monitor and follow training flow to make sure all on track and smoothly by
process structure
Take notes to be necessary for training lesson plan if needed
c) Part 3: Telesales/ Marketing activities related to Client Database
Perform research and analysis on specific telesales/ marketing activities, as
required which may be highly proactive and confidential in nature
Update and manage client database
Be intelligent on Competitor analysis
Leaflet/ flyer preparation
Perform telesales/ marketing activities as process structure under specific
instructions
Prepare status report for telesales/ marketing activities as requested
Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree majoring in Human Resources or in related fields
At least 1 years’ experience working in HR field or 1 years’ experience working as
Admin Officer
Understand and implement telesales/ marketing activities

Key Competencies
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point;
Fluency in English both oral and written;
Good presentation skills
Good mindset of urgency, innovative, creative and cost savings, willing to learn

Work well in a team-based environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, co-ordination and organizational skills;
