Mô tả công việc:
- Serving as the primary receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting,
directing, and assisting visitors)
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate messenger and courier service
- Maintaining general office tidiness
- Organize travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Managing contract database; update into database and keep track until they expire
- Support Service Desk, Operations and Accounting when requested
