– Gather, elicit, analyze, clarify and document requirements;

–  Produce user story, use case, software requirement specification;

–  Compose supplementary documentation to support development team;

–  Transfer requirement for team members;

–  Design mock-up, wire frame;

–  Review wire-frame, HTML design;

–  Peer review use case of other BAs in team;

– Work with TA to assist PM on project scope, estimation, planning;

– Responsible for sign off document process, managing change request;

–  Support UAT in testing: verify, investigate, bugs/issues with client;

–  Manage project based on Agile methodologies.

– Work with cross-functionally IT team to solve problems and implement changes

– Provide knowledge transfer and specification walkthrough

– Attend to Sponsor and End-User Support queries and requests

Minimum Qualification:

– Bachelor’s degree in, Business Information System, Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Business Administration, or closely related, or foreign equivalent.

– Excellent communication skills, speaking and written fluency in English is a must.

– Experience in managing projects and app integration.
