The Management Associate Program (MAP) is a development program for highly entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and ambitious young graduates who desire a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment. This is a chance for you to will be a part of the online shopping and selling destination in Southeast Asia.

Next to this, you will be enrolled in a tailor-made training program and will enjoy mentoring from C-level Executives and experienced senior managers throughout the organization. And the program will offer with unique professional experience for your career path. 2| Why joins the Program?

This program is considered as a spring-board for young talents to take a leap to success by providing two phases of development: Rotation and Assignment in 24 months across 4 key business functions: Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Support.

The rotation will allow you to broaden your understanding and gain in-depth insights into the business to build a strong foundation and develop your technical and general management skills.

4| An ideal candidate for the Lazada MAP 2018?

•   Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 2 years of working experience.

•   Possess at least a bachelor’s Degree with GPA ≥ 7.5/10 or 3.0/4.0; TOEIC ≥ 750; IELTS ≥ 6 or equivalent;

•   Be excited, passionate and confident with excellent interpersonal skills.

•   Be able to drive for results, be action-oriented and possess problem-solving & analytical thinking abilities.

•   Be adaptable to change, you need to be able to anticipate our customer’s and seller’s needs and

contribute positively to their experience.

•   Have demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities and/or working experience

•   Possess a high level of mobility and agility

•   Must be a Vietnamese Citizen
