Sun Life Vietnam is looking for the interns in Information Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution Administration & Support.

- 3rd-year undergraduate students
- Have recommendation/Introduction letter from University
- GPA of 7.0 or above
- Have full time or part time working (half day)
- Have a good attitude
- Have a good communication (prefer English proficiency) and MS Office literacy

Position
1. Digital Marketing:
- Manage Brand website and owned digital assets (Facebook Fanpage, Zalo, Instagram…)
- Create & manage digital campaign to enrich social channel content & increase number of visitors, fans and leads.
- Contribute to and develop long-term marketing plans and strategies
- Analyze marketing performance of product line, recommend and assist in developing marketing activities/programs including sales driven and brand building to meet brand sales target
- Control and optimize marketing cost, keep tracking & report status of all initiatives between Sun Life Việt Nam and Regional Office
- Collect and analyze competitors’ marketing activities.
- Assist with PR activities (press releases, PR news…) and events sponsored by the company
2. Client Experience Marketing:
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, client promotion, web)
- Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns, and take detailed notes of meetings
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Help organize marketing events
3. IT Helpdesk:
- Provide first tier IT support, prioritization, triage, documentation, and status for users’ interaction to the Help Desk
- Maintain appropriate coverage of the Help Desk phone line to provide proper response to user needs and inquiries.
- Prepare daily reconciliation of the outstanding requests/tickets, as well as compiling and timely distribution of the statistics
- Accepts additional tasks as assigned, including but not limited to assembling workstations, imaging computers using ghost process, ordering hardware/software
4. Distribution Administration & Support:
- Administration Support: Manage record of distribution objects, such as agency channel, advisors, agency managers, agency development, partnership distributions, bancassurance…; manage training record; manage distribution hierarchy…
- Event Support :Organize distribution/company trips, events; support sales activities; manage promotion items
- Reporting Support :Prepare various kind of business reports, calculate contest result & distribution compensation schemes, provide queried data
- Project management Support : Monitor & manage division/department initiative/project; prepare requirements & conduct system UAT; review & improve department business processes
5. New Business:
- Handle the administration of new business applications on system.
- Review and ensure applications/ member-related information are complete with 100% accuracy
- Arrange for required premiums to be paid, ensure accurate billing and allocation of premium/contribution on the system
- Correspond with Sales on required policy or member information
- Prepare application files for hand-over to Underwriters. Correspond with Sales on required underwriting information, as delegated.
- Monitor daily pending applications and ensure follow-up is in order.
- Scanned documents are complete before moving to online storage.
- Report production issues promptly following the Incident Reporting Process.
6. Call Center:
- Make calls to clients to verify information, take care of client and make other assigned calls using well script.
- Responds to simple customer calls, answers questions and completes any appropriate transactions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for back-end support. Ensure productive partnership with all departments
7. Policy owner Services:
- Perform all transactions of individual and group policy with high accuracy
- Joint in creating test plan/test case
- Propose enhancement to the processes, reports of policy owner services in order to decrease turnaround time and increase customer experience
