Identity Agency – Business Developer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively seek to better understand the services offered by the Agency in order to advice clients
- Maintain extensive knowledge of market trends to identify opportunities in targeted markets
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop and implement structured sales strategies
- Assist the Marketing and Project Management team members to ensure the process of running workshops is smooth, including but not limited to:
– Follow-up outreach to confirm guest attendance via calls/SMS
– Develop a conversation and relationship with attendees
– Follow-up with potential clients and add to sales pipeline
- Prepare for and manage meetings with potential clients, including but not limited to:
– Research target company in preparation for meeting
– Develop pitch and present technical and/or industry concepts in user-friendly language
- Maintain extensive knowledge of clients’ business objectives in order to advice best solutions; introduce new Agency services with the goal of generating additional revenues
- Proactively seek to represent and raise awareness of the Agency at networking events, such as conferences or industry events
- Prepare weekly and monthly report on successes, areas for improvement, and future strategies for CEO/COO
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance, Marketing
– Minimum 3 years of experience
– Excellent leadership, presentation, and time-management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
– Fluent in Vietnamese and minimum Intermediate in English is required
– Knowing Danish is an advantage
– A curious and analytical mind
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM solutions
