Job responsibilities:

– Design content & visual for company’s internal event communication materials, including: printed communication materials (standee, banner), event announcement, social media, etc.,

– Produce videos, from planning, drafting story line to shooting & editing

– Translate communications materials from English to Vietnamese & vice versa, on a frequent basis

– Support event management

Requirements:

– Students who are pursuing at least a Diploma and above degree in Art Design, Multimedia, Communications, Social Sciences, Journalism majors or related majors

– Still have at least 6 more months until graduation and can work full-time at least 3.5 days/week

– Having any prior relevant experiences with proven portfolio is a plus.

– Be proficient in using design/ video editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effect)

– Be fluent in written communications, both English & Vietnamese

– Be able to work independently or as part of the team to achieve high-quality results

– Must have a “can-do” attitude, be able to work under pressure & tight deadline
