Now we invite suitable candidates to apply for the positions of HR Officer in our Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
- Responsible for employment contracts’ agenda (contracts, appendixes, salary proposals, job descriptions etc.), and personal files in cooperation with HR Manager;
- Maintaining past and current human resource records (filling-in and retrieving), including contracts, annexes, memos, and internal circulars; maintaining the leave management system;
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR related reports to local authorities and Headquarters;
- Coordinating various administrative, reporting and executive supporting activities connected to the office everyday operations, all in line with internal policies and legislative requirements;
- Assisting in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as allocated;
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
The ideal candidate shall have
- University graduate;
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position;
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.);
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese;
- Energetic, highly motivated, highly result-oriented;
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;
- Must be proficient with MS Office and Windows;
- Strong computer skills.
